What You’ll Do
- Engage shoppers and create meaningful conversations
- Identify qualified homeowners interested in custom closets and storage solutions
- Schedule appointments for our design team
- Track results and achieve weekly performance goals
- Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable approaching and engaging new people
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- $15/hour base pay
- Earn a $75 bonus for every qualified appointment generated
- Uncapped performance-based earning potential
