As an Installer at Closet Factory Boston, you are extremely important. You interact directly with clients in their homes or workspaces and are the final step in helping them go from chaos to customized organization. You are the catalyst for making their dream come true.
After our Design Consultant designs the project and the in-house production department manufactures it, you, the Installer, will carefully transport the unit to the client’s home and build and install the project from start to finish. Providing a functional organization that our clients need, but is also considered a custom work of art.
You will install complete projects from start to finish with a positive attitude, always working to satisfy each client. Knowledge of construction, experience with tools, and high-quality craftsmanship are important. We will provide a vehicle, tools, and a full-time schedule.
This is a Monday-Friday, some weekends if needed position with a 6:45AM start time in Wilmington, MA. We do service a wide geographic area, so driving distances and an overnight stay are possible. The end time of your workday depends on when the job is completed. Your workday begins and ends at our shop in Wilmington, MA.
Looking for all skill levels, with some experience with tools and building, to experienced installers.

Qualifications
- Experience or strong familiarity with basic hand tools and saws
- Ideally has experience in construction, cabinet making,and working with clients homes
- Good interpersonal skills and can work with others as a team
- Must present a professional image and be able to communicate with customers
- Being driven to deliver the best customer experience efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and to learn processes and techniques easily
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work on your feet, bend & crouch for extended periods.
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to understand design plans
- Must keep a well-stocked, neat, and orderly work van
- Fluent in English and legally able to work in the United States
