Our client is hiring a full-cycle B2B Closer to help drive $2.8M in annual new business revenue by converting qualified inbound opportunities and re-engaging warm leads across high-growth verticals.
This is a performance-driven, high-accountability role for a closer who thrives on disciplined execution, consultative selling, and predictable production.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Closing $230K in new business revenue per month
- Converting qualified opportunities generated by the SDR team
- Re-engaging previous leads that didn’t initially close
- Selling into corporate dining, healthcare, higher education, and hospitality
- Running 4–6 qualified sales calls per day (Mon–Fri)
- Maintaining strong CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Collaborating with leadership on enterprise and multi-unit deals
- Actively prospecting from provided lead lists when demo flow is light
- Participate in daily huddles, weekly sales reviews, and call coaching
Performance Targets:
- Average deal size: $15,000–$30,000
- 8–12 deals closed per month
- 80% show rate
- 25–30% close rate
- Consistent pipeline activity and end-of-day reporting
Guaranteed Draw / Base:
- $5,000/month guaranteed draw
Performance Bonuses:
- $1,000/month for averaging 4 demos/day
- $2,000/month for averaging 5 demos/day
Commission:
- 5% on closed revenue (paid upon client payment)
Earnings Potential:
- $8,000–$12,000/month total
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$145,000
Promotion Opportunity
- After 90 days, high performers may be promoted to full-production status with a $6,000/month base
Time & Availability
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Core availability: 8:00am–6:00pm EST
- Open calendar aligned to revenue goals
- Remote-friendly with 1–2 quarterly travel commitments for trade shows or key clients
