- Valid LPN license in [state]
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
- Experience in case management and care coordination
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong airway management skills, including the ability to perform CPR if necessary
- Proficient in venipuncture and specimen collection
