Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing & dressing.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction.
- Support residents with mobility and transportation within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident living spaces and common areas.
- Uphold resident rights and dignity while providing care.
- Document daily activities and any changes in resident conditions accurately.
- Requirements:
- Strong understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or memory impairments.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring demeanor towards residents and their families.
- No Experience Necessary. We will train.
