A fast-growing B2B SaaS company focused on data actionability is looking to hire a Demand Generation Specialist on a permanent basis.
This is a fully remote position, with East Coast hours preferred.
The person in this role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will own the global marketing funnel, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive predictable pipeline. This individual will lead multi-channel campaigns, support account-based outreach, and help implement AI-driven marketing tools to optimize performance.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
*3–5 years of B2B demand generation, digital, or field marketing experience
*Proven track record of hitting lead generation and pipeline targets
*Experience with campaign performance metrics and conversion optimization
*Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferences:
*Experience marketing to financial services, healthcare, or insurance sectors
*Familiarity with UK market
*Aptitude for working with AI-driven outreach and automation platforms
*Experience in a fast-paced, lean team environment
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
