We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and well-organized Interior Design Assistant to join our Fort Myers division! In this role, you will work with our Interior Design Team.
The individual we want to meet must be:
- Detail oriented
- Able to multitask
- Experienced in CAD
- Rendering capabilities is a plus
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to assist with design installations
- Knowledgeable in excel and PowerPoint
The individual we want on our Team is expected to perform the following Duties:
- Maintain inventory/budget spreadsheets
- Prepare presentations & project books
- Contact clients to obtain necessary information
- Master our computer system
- Write sales orders and check stock
- Move furniture
- Take photographs of spaces
- Manage/Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, without incident
- Working with vendors and the design library to maintain the division workflow
- Other duties as assigned/needed
