As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will perform general administrative tasks and provide customer service support, including phone communication, scheduling, data entry, office upkeep, vendor coordination, permitting assistance, event planning, and preparation for installations and company meetings.

- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Answer phones and provide professional customer service regarding ongoing projects.
- Schedule measurement, installation, and internal production jobs.
- Assist with permitting processes and vendor coordination, including PO confirmations and ETAs.
- Perform scanning, data entry, and general administrative support.
- Maintain cleanliness of office and showrooms.
- Purchase and manage office supply inventory.
- Prepare daily folders and materials for installers and company meetings.
- Support event planning efforts and serve as a notary (training provided if needed).
- 5 years of experience performing administrative duties required.
- 5 years of experience performing exceptional customer service required.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Team player with a passion for problem solving.
- Clean background required.
