Clinical Research Site Manager

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Full time)
Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for overall site performance, including recruitment efficiency, enrollment velocity, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and operational quality across clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical site operations across therapeutic areas
- Drive recruitment, screening, and randomization performance
- Ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance (GCP)
- Manage and develop site staff
- Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and leadership teams
- Monitor KPIs: enrollment, retention, quality, margin
- Improve workflows and patient experience
Qualifications
- 5 years clinical research site management experience
- Strong CNS/neuroscience experience preferred
- Proven success improving enrollment performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced, scaling environment
