Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Receive comprehensive training in laboratory safety, best practices, and synthetic chemistry methods from experienced professionals.
• Develop proficiency in standardized chemistry reactions and laboratory protocols.
• Independently execute experiments by following detailed procedures, including reagent measurement, mixing, heating, cooling, and sample preparation.
• Utilize laboratory instrumentation to process samples and support experimental workflows.
• Maintain meticulous records of experimental data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Participate in the development and testing of innovative chemistry platforms integrating AI and standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and optimize experimental processes.
• Support the advancement of drug discovery initiatives through reliable and organized laboratory work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience working in a laboratory setting through coursework or undergraduate research.
• Demonstrated curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for hands-on synthetic chemistry.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow written procedures.
