Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Hospital Financial Controller will be supported by a capable accounting and revenue integrity staff and will collaborate closely with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team across service lines; the Financial Controller will oversee general accounting, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, payer reimbursement and cost accounting, internal controls and audit readiness, capital planning, service line margin analysis, grants and philanthropy stewardship, ERP/EHR financial integrations, and real-time dashboarding—while providing consultative support to clinical directors and physician leaders who value timely analytics and clear decision support.
