Direct Hire Sterile Processing Supervisor Role $75,000 to $83,000 per year in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking to hire a Supervisor of Sterile Processing to join our partners’ team in the Philadelphia, PA area. This opportunity is within a large, prominent, highly rated hospital system!
This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity! (not contract)
Responsibilities of the Supervisor of Sterile Processing:
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper oversight of sterilization staffing and work assignments
• Manage all quality control in the sterile processing unit
Requirements for the Supervisor of Sterile Processing:
• 2-3 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Graduate of a Certified Sterile Processing Tech program (CRCST/CSPDT)
• Strong desire to help lead a high performing team
• Experience working in a large hospital setting is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Supervisor of Sterile Processing:
• $75,000-$83,000 base salary
• Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
• Schedule: Nights M-F, 11p-7a
