Direct Hire Respiratory Therapist Role $34.26 per hour in Allentown, Pennsylvania
Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join our partner's team in the Allentown, Bethlehem or East Stroudsburg area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Summary: Administers all forms of respiratory care, both critical and general therapy, and directs and manages respiratory and pulmonary care for a designated group of patients. Provides respiratory assessment, support, treatment, and diagnostic tests as part of the healthcare team.
Compensation and Schedule:
- New graduates starting at $34.26/hour and increasing based on experience shift differential
- Shift: 7 pm - 7 am (full-time, 36 hours/week)
- SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $30,000 ($20,000 for new graduates) with a 2-year commitment
Must Haves:
- Associate’s degree Graduate from an RRT program accredited by the commission of accreditation for Respiratory Care
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist NBRC - State of Pennsylvania within 1 Year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 30 Days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program - State of Pennsylvania within 60 Days
- RCP - Respiratory Care Practitioner - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
