This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY (not temp or contract).
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties through screenings and in-depth evaluations
- Develop individualized plans with specific goals for speech clarity, language comprehension/expression, voice, and safe swallowing.
- Provide direct therapy, teach techniques, use specialized tools, and strengthen muscles for speech/swallowing in individual and group settings
- Work with physician, educators, and other therapists for coordinated care.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Communication Sciences & Disorders (CSD)
- Current, active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within state of practice
- Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply! (CF supervisor on-site)
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay rate starts at $93K per year but can be significantly higher based on years of experience and education
