Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $34.33-$49.75 per hour in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner's full-time day shift team at a Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate, individualized care for patients during their rehabilitation journey.
- Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans to support recovery goals.
- Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Support staff as a clinical resource and assist with complex patient needs.
- Celebrate milestones and successes throughout the patient’s rehabilitation.
Key Requirements for the Registered Nurse:
- Current and valid RN licensure (state-specific).
- CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility.
- 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (within the last 5 years) preferred; however, other experience will be considered.
- This is for day shift- however, night shift is available also
Compensation and Schedule for the Registered Nurse:
- Hourly pay range: $34.33 – $49.75, based on experience and certifications.
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000
- Full-time, day shift schedule (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Mountain Time)
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- Weekend requirement: 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule cycle
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:8 AM
- Facility size: 87 beds
