- Need is for 2 full time Dentists- Be able to have colleague support but work independently
- 5 day work week
- Major PPO/FFS
- 3 month daily guarantee with 33% of adjusted production

Duties
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
- Execute oral surgeries such as dental extractions and manage post-operative care with precision.
- Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient and staff safety in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Use advanced dental imaging technology to diagnose conditions effectively and plan treatments accordingly.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
- Maintain detailed medical records and document all procedures accurately in compliance with medical documentation standards.
- Stay current with developments in pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), and other specialties to provide comprehensive care.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA privacy standards, while delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Dental degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on patient care and assessment.
- Proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms for scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques.
- Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative procedures.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles and providing care for pediatric patients is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment practicing four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.
