Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily nursing care, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered outcomes
- Oversee and support a team of nursing staff and paraprofessionals in care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Coordinate admissions, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including treatments and progress
- Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive in a dynamic care environment
- Deep respect for elders and a commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and follow-through
