Your Impact as an In-Home RN
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on, personalized care while serving as a critical link between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Triaging patient and staff calls to assess needs and prioritize care
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, specialists, and hospital admissions
- Assisting with examinations, treatments, and ongoing patient care
- Administering medications and implementing physician orders
- Educating patients and families on medications and care plans
- Completing certifications, recertifications, and discharge summaries
- Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation and medical records
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (or higher)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS & First Aid certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
- At least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

- Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
