Hiring: Senior Oracle SaaS & PaaS Tech Lead
📍 New York, NY (Onsite)
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle SaaS & PaaS Tech Lead 15 years of experience to act as the single point of technical accountability for Oracle delivery onsite.
✅ Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP / SCM / PPM / HCM / Payroll
✅ Hands-on experience with OIC Gen3, ATP, BI Publisher, OCI, VBCS, PCS/OPA, PL/SQL, SQL, REST/SOAP
✅ Owns end-to-end delivery, builds/debugs OIC, BIP, PL/SQL & web services
✅ Validates offshore output & enforces design/quality standards
✅ Manages triage, RCA, SLA resolution & converts recurring issues into permanent fixes
✅ Acts as onsite-offshore bridge; mentors team, documents knowledge & ensures role-based security
✅ Strong communication, ownership & structured stakeholder updates.
