Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12 Years of relevant experience.
- Overall 10 plus years’ experience in environment management and at least 5 years in managing Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS environments.
- Experience in managing Users and Roles (SOD) in Fusion SAAS including HCM access and privilege management.
- Overview of CBHA
- Administer and manage Oracle SaaS (Fusion Applications, SCM,HCM & Finance) environments across DEV, TEST, and PROD.
- Manage Oracle PaaS services including OIC, VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database (ATP).
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of PaaS/SaaS services.
- SaaS environment refresh , Cloud patching process and calendar, Steps to raise oracle SR and cohort change
- Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for application and data integrations.
- Ensure smooth integration between SaaS, PaaS, and on prem / third party systems.
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations between Oracle Fusion and OIC and VBCS
- Enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and audit readiness
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
