Single point of technical accountability for Oracle delivery onsite — the bridge between client stakeholders and offshore AMS.

Delivery & Depth
Owns end-to-end delivery across SaaS and PaaS; hands-on — builds and debugs OIC, BIP, PL/SQL, and web services personally, not just coordinates
Validates all offshore output before it reaches the client
Design & Quality
Enforces standards, peer reviews, controlled migrations — protects production
Support & AMS
Owns triage, RCA, and SLA-bound resolution; escalates with a recommendation
Converts recurring issues into permanent fixes; separates break-fix from enhancement
Onsite–Offshore Bridge
Trusted onsite face — present, responsive, accountable in real time
Breaks requirements into clear offshore work; shields stakeholders from team churn
Communication & Ownership
Structured, impact-first updates; flags risk early with options
Drives issues to closure; fixes the process, not just the instance
Leadership & Security
Mentors the team, documents knowledge — no single-threading
Applies least-privilege/role-based security; respects healthcare data obligations
Salary : $65 - $70
