Climate Mechanical Services is looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Lead to support our growing HVAC and building automation operations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, keeps materials and equipment organized, and helps make sure our field teams have what they need to keep jobs moving.
Responsibilities include:
• Receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory
• Preparing materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
• Coordinating deliveries, pickups, and warehouse logistics
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Supporting purchasing, tool tracking, and material staging
• Communicating with project managers, technicians, and vendors
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HVAC materials, construction supplies, warehouse operations, or inventory management is preferred.
