What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Estimator / Project Manager position at Climate Mechanical Services?
Climate Mechanical Services is looking for a driven Commercial Estimator / PM to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial HVAC, can manage estimates from bid invite to proposal, and has the organizational skills to help carry projects from award through completion.
Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing plans, specs, and bid documents
• Preparing accurate commercial HVAC estimates
• Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and communication
• Supporting field teams to keep projects moving efficiently
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, estimating, or project management is preferred.
