About the role
Abani Home is a home décor brand shipping area rugs and lighting through major e-commerce channels. We're looking for a Warehouse Lead to run daily operations at our Langhorne warehouse, reporting to the Regional Manager.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be directing the work and doing the work — unloading containers, putting away product, picking and packing orders alongside a small team. If you're looking for a role where you supervise from a desk, this isn't it. If you take pride in a building that runs clean and ships on time every day, read on.
What you'll do
- Own the daily start — set priorities, assign the floor, and keep the team on schedule
- Own the daily ship — orders go out on time, and nothing sits unresolved at the end of the day
- Unload inbound containers, receive and inspect product for damage, and put away to designated locations
- Keep inventory accurate at all times — receiving, putaway, transfers, and cycle counts in our WMS
- Pick, pack, and ship daily orders alongside the team
- Train new hires on process and safety, and hold the standard once they're trained
- Flag issues to the Regional Manager early — staffing gaps, damaged freight, equipment problems
- Keep the floor clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
What you need
- 2 years in a warehouse role, including at least 1 leading or training others
- Available Monday through Saturday — this is a six-day schedule
- Experience with a WMS or inventory management system
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly — area rugs are heavy and awkward
- Forklift experience; certification preferred, or willingness to get certified
- Comfortable with basic equipment troubleshooting (pallet jacks, forklift, shrink wrapper)
- Reliable and accountable — this role is the reason the building runs when no one is watching
Nice to have
- Prior e-commerce or 3PL fulfillment experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
