Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and options
- Document findings and recommendations using service software
- Maintain clean, organized work vehicle and job sites
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be comfortable using tablets or mobile dispatch tools
