Key Responsibilities:
- Perform seasonal maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Deliver clean, professional service and build homeowner trust
- Complete checklists, safety inspections, and service notes
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades or repairsSupport team with service and installation prep as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of HVAC or technical maintenance experience
- HVAC trade school or on-the-job training preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver’s license
