HVAC Selling Technician

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Climate Control Heating & Cooling is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do: 

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills 
• Maintain strong customer service 
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment 
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design 
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes 
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures 
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS 

Who you are: 

• 2 Years HVAC experience 
• EPA 
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record 
• Ability to handle heavy equipment

Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
