The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a company that values integrity and teamwork, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Consult with customers to identify their needs and recommend solutions
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- Deliver outstanding service and uphold our world-class customer experience
- Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges
- Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- NATE certification preferred (not required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with standard HVAC tools and technology
- Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $30-$50 per hour D.O.E
- Incentives: Commission & Spiff Plan
