The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Boiler Technician/Installer to join our growing team. The Boiler Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial boiler systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and committed to delivering top-quality service and install.
What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair hydronic and steam boiler systems.
- Perform system startups, efficiency testing, and maintenance checks.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and mechanical codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding job progress and system performance
- Assist with training apprentices and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
- Complete job-related paperwork accurately and timely
- Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges
- Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial)
- Minimum 5-10 years of boiler installation or HVAC experience required.
- Knowledge of hydronic heating systems, piping and controls
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations and lift 75 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $40-$55 per hour D.O.E
