Summary
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Service and Install Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing a variety of boiler systems (hydronic, radiant, high-efficiency, and standard). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and capable of working independently in both residential and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair hydronic heating systems, including high-efficiency boilers, radiant systems, pumps, and zone controls
- Perform boiler system installations, including piping, venting, and start-up
- Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler system issues quickly and accurately
- Conduct system testing and safety inspections
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers
- Follow company and manufacturer safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with dispatch, parts, and install teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Boiler Technician with 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of hydronic and radiant heating systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- On-call rotation with premium pay of $200 per hour plus travel.
