Essential Job Functions (listing Most Important First)
- Manages day-to-day Texas Satellite operations and activities to ensure operational integrity, efficiency, and compliance with all CPS policies and procedures.
- Responsible for scheduling and dispatch support for Texas Satellite technicians
- Responsible for creating and managing all repair calls for Texas Satellite technicians.
- Manages parts to ensure on timely delivery for service calls
- Interfaces with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensures timely submission of paperwork and time for Texas Satellite technicians.
- Monitors KPI’s (open/completed calls, etc.) and ensures indicators are being met.
- Ensures equipment and technicians are following safety policies and procedures.
