Position Summary
The role of the Direct Sales Coordinator is to provide sales and customer service for all parts related direct sales customers including but not limited to parts research for generators, engines, ATS equipment, load banks and all other equipment used and serviced by Clifford Power Systems, Inc.

The role of the Direct Sales Coordinator is to provide sales and customer service for all parts related direct sales customers including but not limited to parts research for generators, engines, ATS equipment, load banks and all other equipment used and serviced by Clifford Power Systems, Inc.
Essential Job Functions
- Research and source parts for generators, ATS equipment, load banks and other equipment for Clifford Power Systems end user customers. Source parts using paper manuals and web access. Research availability, quantity, pricing, lead times, shipping information, delivery. Reference Microsoft Dynamics GP inventory system for availability of stock, price and description of item requested.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Transfers for distributors, dealers, CPS branches and end consumers through to completion.
- Authorize direct sales returns under $200.00
- Monitor and update customer pricing in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Manage counter sales, create invoices for payment transactions.
- Communicate with team members and customers to streamline the order and delivery process with accuracy.
- Maintain ownership of created Purchase Orders/Sales Orders until completion.
- Maintain ownership of returned parts until disposition is complete. Includes all systemic movement.
- Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Back up Parts Coordinators for Clifford Power branch locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
