What You’ll Do:
- Own the rental process — coordinate all post-sale phases of rental activity from customer order through delivery, return, and invoicing.
- Deliver exceptional service by maintaining proactive communication with customers, sales reps, and service teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
- Manage inventory and logistics — track and schedule rental equipment in GP/Wennsoft, confirm availability, and coordinate shipments with service teams and freight carriers.
- Ensure accuracy — prepare and process all rental documentation, including contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Support sales by assisting with quotes, equipment recommendations, and customer follow-up.
- Collaborate with branch operations to address equipment issues, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Drive profitability by monitoring job costs, reviewing vendor invoices, and communicating variances to leadership.
- Champion customer satisfaction — ensure every client interaction reflects Clifford Power’s standard of quality, professionalism, and reliability.

What You Bring:
- Experience: 2 years in rental coordination, logistics, or customer service (equipment rental or power generation experience a plus).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with GP/Wennsoft or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities; able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Tech savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools for scheduling, billing, and documentation.
- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching.
Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The ideal candidate for this position would oversee generic tasks such as email, paperwork, and organizational needs. This position is Full-Time Monday through Friday 8-5 at our Tulsa office.
