Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead
Location: Greenbelt, MD & Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (Hybrid)
Open to Full Time, Part Time, Consulting, and other engagements
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead to drive logistics planning, sustainment analysis, and technical data development in support of advanced U.S. Army programs.
This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for Army product support, provisioning, maintenance planning, technical publications, and logistics product data throughout the system lifecycle. The role will work closely with engineering, program management, security, and government stakeholders to ensure all logistics deliverables meet Army and DoD requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and review of ILS analyses and deliverables, including FMECA, FTA, RCMA, MTA, MAC, LORA, PPL, TDP, EDFP, RPSTL, Technical Manuals (TM), and DMWRs.
- Develop and manage logistics product data supporting Army acquisition and sustainment programs.
- Coordinate with systems engineering, reliability engineering, configuration management, and technical publications teams.
- Support provisioning, cataloging, maintenance planning, and sustainment activities.
- Ensure technical data and logistics deliverables comply with Army and DoD standards.
- Provide guidance regarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Distribution Statements, ITAR requirements, and SBIR data rights.
- Support government reviews, audits, technical interchange meetings, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience performing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for U.S. Army or DoD programs.
- Experience supporting Army acquisition, sustainment, or product support efforts.
- Hands-on experience with FMECA, LORA, provisioning data, maintenance planning, and technical manual development.
- Strong understanding of logistics product data and technical data management.
- Familiarity with CUI handling, Distribution Statements, and government technical data requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Army provisioning tools and logistics databases.
- Experience supporting ACAT programs.
- Familiarity with configuration management and government data rights requirements.
- Experience applying ITAR and SBIR/STTR marking requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical discipline.
Location & Travel
This position requires collaboration at offices in Greenbelt, MD and customer locations at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. Travel between locations will be required based on program needs.
