Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, with precision and professionalism
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support seamless restaurant operations
- Foster positive guest relations by responding promptly to inquiries or concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations are strongly desired
- Experience with food industry standards including food safety, food preparation, and hospitality best practices will set you apart
- Previous Waitstaff experience contributes greatly to your ability to excel in this energetic role
