Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks, handling light food service, or supporting catering events when needed.
- Operate POS systems like Toast POS to process transactions accurately while handling cash and credit payments responsibly.
- Engage with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service through clear communication, friendly attitude, and attentive service.
- Follow all food handling guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.
Skills
- Experience in food service roles such as bartending or restaurant serving
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards at all times.
- Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Experience in food preparation, beverage crafting, and basic kitchen tasks is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
