Job Summary
Provides leadership for all aspects of Cleveland State University’s (CSU) NCAA Division I women’s cross country and track & field program, including coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, compliance, and program administration. Promotes excellence in academic achievement, competitive success, community engagement, and student-athlete well-being while enhancing the visibility and reputation of the program. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent.
- Three (3) years experience coaching cross country and/or track & field at the high school, collegiate, club, or equivalent level.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
