Job Summary
Works with the head coach in all facets of the Women’s soccer program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Responsible for player development, scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, scheduling, academic supervision, and equipment management. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent.
- Experience as a competitor and/or coach at the club, college, or international level, or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
