- Efficiently perform clerical and cleaning duties
- Physically able to stand, move, and bend for prolong periods of time
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs

- Actively promote a positive, professional presence with staff, clients, and guests
- Greet and direct clients and guests onsite and efficiently via 8 line telephone system
- Connect professional communications with incoming / outgoing requests
- Schedule appointments and prepare charts with necessary information
- Maintain (file, audit, purge) medical records
- Process invoices and collect payments, followed by daily reconciliation
- Prepare and log laboratory samples
- Assist in both client education and triage of pets for optimal healthcare
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and continued education when offered to better the services and products of the hospital
- Professionally deescalate sensitive situations and show empathy when appropriate
- Maintain inventory and housekeeping duties of designated zone and assist with needed duties of the hospital
