Do you love pets and people—and have a knack for bringing out the best in a team? Our well-respected veterinary hospital is looking for a Lodging Team Leader to guide our boarding department and help make every tail wag and purr count.

This isn’t just about schedules and checklists (though you’ll do those too)—it’s about creating a safe, happy, and organized space where our furry guests are cared for and our amazing team members can thrive.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

• Leading, supporting, and coaching a team of 46 lodging associates
• Crafting schedules and keeping things running smoothly
• Setting goals, celebrating wins, and holding the team accountable
• Modeling and upholding our hospital’s core values every single day
• Being the friendly face (and voice) that makes clients feel confident leaving their pets in our care
  
  

The Traits That Make You Paw-some:

• Leadership experience (pet care leadership not required—we’ll train you!)
• Excellent communication skills with a dash of patience and positivity
• A love for teamwork and helping others grow
• Strong client service skills (bonus points if you’re the type who remembers both pet and human names!)
