MIDDLE GRADES SCIENCE LICENSURE

  • Candidates must hold and be HQ in the middle grades science (78300) license area.
  • Non-licensed, residency licensure candidates are eligible based upon holding a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.7 GPA, and 24 semester hours of related courses in science; OR passing PRAXIS II scores in Middle School Science.
  • Examples of related courses include:
  • Biology, Chemsitry, Geology, Physics
  • Eligibility for the residency license must be established prior to a contract offer.
