Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Description: The Marketing and Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and strong leadership to oversee the sales function and coordinate marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Developing marketing strategies. Create marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes identifying target audiences, researching competitors, and analyzing data to improve campaign results.
- Planning campaigns. Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Analyzing the performance of Campaigns. Set goals for campaigns, then measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against these goals.
- Collaborating with other departments. Work with other departments, such as sales and product development, to plan and execute campaigns.
- Creating content. Develop content for social media platforms.
- Communicating with customers. Communicate with customers, leads, and prospects.
- Managing public relations. Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain Marketing documentation. Create, maintain, and update website and technical documentation.
- Support other marketing functions as determined by the Director of Sales.
Sales
- Market research. Gathering and analyzing information about customers and the industry to understand demand for products and services.
- Developing sales strategies. Working with sales to address gaps between inside and outside teams and more effectively target, engage, and convert buyers.
- Customer relationship management (CRM). Keeping in touch with qualified leads through emails, newsletters, SMS, and other methods.
- OEM Sales. Manage and maintain large OEM accounts. Communication between OEM customers, the sales department, and production.
- General Support. Support other sales functions as determined by the Director of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field or minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
- Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and WordPress or other Web design software.
