Cleveland Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as a Talent Advisor, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and business needs to drive measurable outcomes. This caregiver translates organizational requirements into actionable hiring plans, proactively identifies risks and implements targeted interventions to maintain a reliable, efficient and high-quality recruitment process.
The Talent Advisor maintains an active recruitment desk to directly support the reduction of vacancy rates and uphold quality hiring standards. This caregiver provides support to the recruitment team, including coaching and resource allocation to ensure optimal workload distribution and team effectiveness. Additionally, this caregiver leads to support recruiting metrics and reporting to ensure transparency, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
The Talent Advisor participates in operating and business reviews, leads cross-functional initiatives and assumes accountability for team goals and OKRs, ensuring recruitment strategies drive organizational performance and long-term vacancy reduction.
Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day workflow of team of recruiters.
Be responsible for Talent Acquisition Playbook activation and measurement.
Act as main Point of Contact for hiring leader escalations.
Lead Tiered Huddle: identifying risks, recommending interventions and reallocating resources.
Manage the candidate pipeline – driving the offer process, conducting pre-closing activities and supporting the further development of candidate sourcing and pipelining efforts in adherence to SLA.
Ensure compliance and adherence to processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, candidate and hiring leader experience, and applicant tracking database management.
Develop new caregiver onboarding in partnership with TA Educator.
Hold frequent check-ins with hiring managers within designated Submarket.
Serve as a representative of the department at division, hospital and enterprise-wide business reviews (or other) to promote collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
Be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring effective and efficient
delivery, including escalation management for both the business and Caregiver Office.
Be responsible for meeting goals and ensuring talent acquisition support of assigned client areas.
Participate in recruitment efforts at events and other community-related activities to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field and a minimum of five years of progressive recruitment or progressive HR experience
OR a minimum of seven years of progressive recruitment/HR experience may offset the degree requirement
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to inspire, motivate and hold team members accountable for achieving goals
Expertise in managing client expectations and delivering excellent service, including experience in escalation management and resolving complex issues
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including needs analysis, agency management and conversion of temporary roles to permanent positions
Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable hiring plans, with a track record of proactively identifying risks and implementing effective intervention strategies
Experience in conducting operating and business reviews, with a
solid understanding of how recruitment strategies and recruitment data align with broader business objectives
Ability to organize and lead an effective meeting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leadership
Ability to develop professional presentation materials and story tell with minimal supervision
Experience in attending and representing the organization at industry events, with the ability to network and engage with potential candidates
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and support the team in achieving success
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, Applicant Tracking System (Workday), CRM and other recruitment tools and technologies
Preferred qualifications:
Talent Acquisition, Sales or Human Resources certification
Experience working in healthcare or similar industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within healthcare

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.
- Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $76,540.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $116,747.50

A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
