- Develop and implement detailed data mapping processes to ensure seamless information flow from source systems to target data marts.
- Translate business requirements into actionable mapping documents, fostering teamwork through code review and collaborative efforts.
- Mentor and provide training to junior analysts, enhancing team skills and capabilities.
- Evaluate new data solutions, offering expert technical insights and optimizing performance.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in data analytics, supported by a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of SQL and proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform and Big Query.
- Excellent communication skills and expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Thorough understanding of risk management practices within the financial sector.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud within the financial industry.
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as AbInitio.
