As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly assists in the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. A caregiver in this position works Sunday through Thursday from 10:30am to 7:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.
- Update, monitor and manage databases.
- Develop scorecards/milestones to track progress and analyze project improvement and progress.
- Report discrepancies and variances.
- Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
- Attend meetings and records key outcomes.
- Support all office administrative functions.
- Develop and maintain updates.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Associate’s Degree and two years of administrative experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Specific licensure may be required based on department
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Healthcare or related organization experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
- In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:
