Summary Of Responsibilities
- Assigns and schedules daily tasks and workloads to meet production goals.
- Ensures all materials, equipment, and tools are available and in working order.
- Responsible for helping keep the scrapyard, tools, and supplies organized.
- Assists in creating production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
- Create and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assists in establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Works with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Previous supervisor experience.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Collaborative; builds and works with teams.
- Ability to coach and mentor. Pre-employment background, physical, and hair drug screen required
