Our Associate Customer Account Representatives are an essential resource for customer account management and support. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the order flow process including project creation, release to manufacturing and confirming logistics support for final customer delivery. Summary Of Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day front-line customer support
- Build strong customer relationships with internal and external customers working in a team environment
- Oversee customer accounts, including new customer set up, manage customer order status and expedite material through our production facilities to meet customer requirements
- Possess a working knowledge of plant processes, product characteristics, and systems requirements necessary for the completion of duties
- Verify and audit manufacturing order details
- Confirm orders have been approved for production
- Monitor hold queues
- Manage data files for inter-company transfers
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
- Initiative, detail orientation and problem-solving skills
- Effectively communicates with team internally and externally
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge in SAP
- Experience working with Linux mainframe applications/ ERP systems
- Proven analytical capabilities
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
