They are responsible for managing all aspects of the order flow process including project creation, release to manufacturing and confirming logistics support for final customer delivery. Summary Of Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day front-line customer support
- Build strong customer relationships with internal and external customers working in a team environment
- Oversee customer accounts, including new customer set up, manage customer order status and expedite material through our production facilities to meet customer requirements
- Possess a working knowledge of plant processes, product characteristics, and systems requirements necessary for the completion of duties
- Verify and audit manufacturing order details
- Confirm orders have been approved for production
- Monitor hold queues
- Manage data files for inter-company transfers
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
- Initiative, detail orientation and problem-solving skills
- Effectively communicates with team internally and externally
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge in SAP
- Experience working with Linux mainframe applications/ ERP systems
- Proven analytical capabilities
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
