Client is looking for a senior-level technician/programmer who can take full ownership of projects and lead a small team in the field.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience with Control4, Lutron, and Crestron
- Strong skills in rack building, wiring, and system troubleshooting
- Proven ability to manage a project from rough-in to final handoff
- Experience coordinating and directing a small team on site
- Professional communication with clients, designers, and contractors
Responsibilities:
- Take over projects and drive them to completion on time and to standard
- Program and commission Control4, Lutron, and Crestron systems
- Lead 1–3 technicians on site and keep workflow organized
- Deliver clean, reliable systems that are easy for clients to use
