Job Description: -

Client is looking for a senior-level technician/programmer who can take full ownership of projects and lead a small team in the field.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience with Control4, Lutron, and Crestron
  • Strong skills in rack building, wiring, and system troubleshooting
  • Proven ability to manage a project from rough-in to final handoff
  • Experience coordinating and directing a small team on site
  • Professional communication with clients, designers, and contractors

Responsibilities:

  • Take over projects and drive them to completion on time and to standard
  • Program and commission Control4, Lutron, and Crestron systems
  • Lead 1–3 technicians on site and keep workflow organized
  • Deliver clean, reliable systems that are easy for clients to use
