What You’ll Do
Assemble mechanical and electrical components, including valves, hoses, PPE equipment (helmets, air canisters), and other system parts.
Use hand tools, power tools, vises, and assembly fixtures.
Inspect assembled units for quality, workmanship, and leaks; perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
Work in additional production areas as needed to support team goals.
Participate in continuous improvement (LEAN/CI) initiatives, such as:
PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act)
A3 problem solving
Root cause analysis
What You Bring
Willingness to learn — we will train you!
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and paperwork within 90 days of hire.
Ability to match part numbers from drawings/job orders to parts bins and Kanban labels.
Dependable attendance and punctuality — your team relies on you.
Ability to safely use powered and non-powered hand tools within 90 days of hire.
Physical & Work Environment
Regular lifting of 5–40 lbs. (mechanical assistance and team lifts available when needed).
Standing for most of the shift.
Indoor warehouse/manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled).
Safety-first environment: PPE provided and required.
