GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES · Daily RV08 upload of the report and perform order checks. Checking details of orders entered the previous day. · Confirming PO, ship to, quantity, size, grade, caliper, price. · Check off items on customer PO. Communicate with corresponding CSR when discrepancies are found and note results. · Daily COC upload of the report and perform checks. Confirm COC# used is correct. All PO’s noted with COC’s are on the report. · Communicate with corresponding CSR when discrepancies are found and note results. · Record/track manual order entry and quote data for all territories. · Create graphs or provided data for management as needed on manual and CPQ entered data weekly, monthly and YTD. · HVTQ data—Report created once a week and distributed to sales team on CSR and Customer generated quotes. · Overflow manual order checks from CSR’s when needed on day order is entered.
